This pulley for Type 4 engines was developed for precise concentricity and reliable function – even with more powerful setups.

Made from high-strength aluminum (EN-AW-7075), it offers significantly higher stability than standard solutions. CNC machining ensures exact dimensional accuracy and clean V-belt guidance.

The common diameter of 140 mm ensures optimal coordination with the cooling system. The integrated TDC marking significantly facilitates ignition adjustment and control.

The clear degree marking allows for precise work directly on the pulley – without additional tools.

In combination with a suitable V-belt (10 x 825 mm), a reliable and durable solution for street and performance applications is created.

The black anodized version offers a subtle, technical look with maximum functionality.

The surface provides reliable protection and perfectly matches clean engine builds. Ideal for those who value a understated, high-quality look.

Our Story

In 1991, the VW Beetle captivated us.

What started as a hobby quickly turned into a true passion: understanding, improving, and getting the most out of air-cooled engines.

With our background in model making and foundry craftsmanship, we began developing our own parts. The first Type 1 valve covers were just the beginning - soon followed by further development into the more precise O-ring seal.

Over the years, individual components evolved into more and more solutions: components, cylinder heads, and finally complete alternator sets for Type 1 and Type 4 engines.

To this day, what began in 1991 still drives us:
Enthusiasm for technology and performance for air-cooled VW engines.
